Intimate products like earrings and other piercing jewellery, socks, and underwear can only be returned in original, unopened packaging. It’s not possible to combine 2 return orders in 1 package. The computers don’t like that. Please ship all return orders individually. ONCE THE RETURN IS CREATED : You’ll receive an email containing the pre-paid return shipping label. Print it and attach it to your return package. The most environmentally friendly choice is to reuse the original packaging if possible. Then, deliver your return package to the nearest national post office or directly in a mail box, and we'll take it from there.
